Introducing: Stuart John Ryan
On December 16 at 12:07 our precious little boy was born. He weighed 6 lbs. 5oz. and is 19 inches long.
I had a doctors appt. Tuesday morning and our Dr. set up for me to be induced the next morning at 7 o'clock, 4 days before I was due. So I went home and cleaned and got all of the little things done that I wanted done before we brought home a baby... and apparently I worked a little too hard because that night at 3 a.m. we went into the hospital. No need to be induced!! I was freaked out to get an epidural but by the time we got to the hospital I was completely ready the second I could get it! Epidurals are AMAZING!! Great invention whoever thought of them! Our doctor finally got there at 11:30 and little Stu was born at 12:07. It was not as bad as I thought it would be, and totally worth it! Stuart is so cute..he doesn't like to sleep at night but we love him so much!
Stu had low blood sugar so they gave him an IV. It was so cute and little!
This is the outfit that Mike picked out all by himself for Stu to come home in! It says "How I Roll" so cute!
Talented boy
Stuart also has one great talent that I must share! Yes I know that it is very common for most boys to be pretty good at peeing all over the second you open there diaper. Well, not only is Stu good at that! But he can pee out of his diaper without getting anything in the diaper! We have the diapers that have a brown stripe until they are wet, and then the line turns blue. Stuart peed the other day out of his diaper, soaked his whole outfit and then when I got down to the diaper, you guessed it brown line!! Nothing inside! He also peed allover himself today while wearing his cute Rocky outfit that Mike bought him, which he obviously loves because his diaper and underneath onsie was soaked and the Rocky onsie was completely dry! Amazing!! We love our little Dude!

Stupid CAT!!
This last Sunday was the Sunday of the month that I had to work and since our church and work are the same time I didn't go to church with Mike. He left, a little later I left, no problem....so we thought! After church he came to see me at work for a little bit and went home.. then came the phone call back at work. Mike asked me if I had left the door open or anything before I left that morning, me thinking I don't know, weird question, asked why?? Well, says Mike, "you don't want to know but, when I opened the door that black cat was sitting right inside our door and then ran out when it saw me!!" Ahhh!! DISGUSTING!! I remembered that I had opened the door and then saw my cell phone sitting on the computer desk, so I left the door open for like 10 seconds to grab it and then left! That stupid cat had run in right when I turned away and had itself a little party in our house!! After I told Mike that he better check everywhere for poop! I spent all the rest of work thinking of all of the things that the cat could have been doing in our house for 3 and a half hours! GROSS! I want to tell the apartment people to get rid of that cat and Mike just feels bad for it...this may eventually be a problem!! (:

Magic Remote!
This has taken me a little while to get on here, (apparently our camera makes videos very large so they wouldn't upload.) But, little guy will not be here in two months and a week, he will be here in about 1 month and 2 weeks!!! Yea! We are very excited!

Utah game
We were lucky enough to get to go to a Utah game about a week ago. I guess most people know that just saying Utah means University of Utah, I don't know how all boys just come that conclusion when there are clearly three schools in Utah with football teams. I also learned that you can' t call them U of U because there is another school with that exact name, so for others like me.. we went to a University of Utah game!! It was my first real game and was really fun! I learned pretty much how football works and actually enjoyed watching the game rather than talking to friends since the only other football games I have been to were in high school and that is what I did! Another thing that helped me enjoy the game would have to be our amazing seats! You know when you look at all of the seats from far away, and then above all of the seats you see the boxes with windows and even higher seats?! Well that is where we sat. Mike's bosses are Big University of Utah fans and go to all of the home games so the bought a box, and we got to go! It was cool, we felt very rich, not to mention that our tickets said V.I.P. it was sweet!

1st Anniversary
This is the Place
For Labor Day weekend we went with Lydia, Nate, Sarah and Ty to the This is the Place Monument! We are so happy that we live close to them and have someone fun to do stuff with! they are so much fun! I had been to the monument before a long time ago when our family went with Aunt Susan, but I guess that was a really long time ago because there was a lot that I didn't remember. The little village was cool to see, including the people that looked completely legit with there old fashion outfits AND hair! It was also a very great learning experience for Mike who thought that the whole village was an original and wanted to leave when he found out that all of the buildings were duplicates!! Funny Mike!
We even saw our relative B.F. Johnson's DUPLICATE house/leather working place. There was an especially funny guy inside that house, when we would ask him questions I couldn't tell if he was answering them for this day or the olden days! He was a very good actor and a little stuck in his part!
Sarah and Ty were very cute! Sarah got scared when we went to a house with cows in the back and then a little freaked out by the geese that were running around, needless to say we did not go to the petting zoo! Ty just hung out...and then fell asleep!

Cleaning the Conference Center
Mike got to wear this cool vacuum and clean the seats and the backs of a bunch of chairs. We were there for about two hours and he probably cleaned about 300 chairs, not missing one inch because it had to be good quality cleaning! But, even 300 chairs looked like nothing with the room full of 21,000!! It is a pretty huge place.
I got the cool job! (Being pregnant does come with some sweet deals!) I got to dust the whole front of the stage, everything wood and since there was a lot of wood and we had to get every inch it took me almost the whole two hours. It was really cool to be right up in the front of the conference center where I had never been before. They did have a lot of security rules though, no one was allowed to go on the stage, so I got lucky to be the closest but still I wasn't allowed to go passed the top step of those stairs you can see behind me and I couldn't TOUCH anything but the base of the pulpit!! Kinda funny, but I obeyed! The pulpit was pretty cool. I new it was from a tree out of Pres. Hinckley's backyard but I didn't realize that it was a completely different wood than all of the rest! It really sticks out when your dusting!
