coming along...

So the projects I wanted to get done are pretty much done.

- Carseat cover

Pretty cute, huh?!! (:

 

 - Curtains and bumper pad

 - finally hung up the pictures and shelf

 - Stu is loving his toddler bed!

 That is until he found the bassinet, which is his new favorite hang out!

 
 He's pretty cute!

I plan to finish my nursing cover and moby wrap today while Stu naps. 

 

38 wks. last Monday

Bathrooms are clean and laundry is done, now baby just needs to come before the bathroom needs to be cleaned again and the laundry redone.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the GREATEST Dad!!

I have THE BEST Dad in the world!

(Sorry everyone else reading this, but it is time to face the facts!!) (:

My Dad is so loving, caring and calm.

He has ALWAYS been mine and all 8 of my siblings biggest fan!

He has worked crazy jobs and schedules to provide for us in a way that he also got to spend the most time with us.

He is a great example of the perfect patient parent, that I am trying to copy.

My Dad is SO funny and fun to be with!!

I can't wait to name my next little boy after him and hope that he will grow up to be like his Grandpa!

Projects

Here is my most recently finished project. My bedroom! Well, really it is only mostly finished because I can't find someone to cut the vinyl that I want for the other wall. But, at least it feels and looks a THOUSAND times better than it did before.

I already showed you the bed and the curtains, but here is the new shelf above our bed. I love how it turned out!!

The other side of the room is a different story... That is the wall that is waiting to be completely re-done. 

Also, I have about a million projects that I am trying to get done before project baby is here. [No, your eyes are not deceiving you that you see a sewing machine on my mess of a desk!]  I just finished sewing curtains for Stu's room all bby myself and am planning to cover my bumper pad, make a moby wrap, car seat cover, and some swaddle blankets in the next two weeks. Wish me luck! Thank you pinterest for all of the tutorials!! 

Stuart is 2... and a half

I finally had a guy in our ward take Stu's 2 yr. old / Easter pics. back in april. I can't believe how big and handsome he looks! They turned out great and captured a lot of his cute spunk!!
